CLASSES
Our classes are in Blaydon (in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear).
Classes can involve drills, combos, conditioning, mat work, and striking, grappling and self-defence techniques.
We have an array of different classes to focus on different key elements. As well as the mixed martial arts classes, we have fitness classes (CombatFit) that use elements of the classes and focus on fitness and cardio. For active rest and recovery days, yoga classes are run to support mobility and flexibility. There are also separate Women Self-Defence classes to build strategies (based on Realistic Self-Defence techniques) in a safe environment.
The classes are all about working towards the best version of yourself. All classes can be tailored to individual ability. Some classes are for all levels, and other classes are separated into beginners/intermediate and advanced classes.
Private coaching is also available online and/or in person.
