A mix of fitness and martial arts for kids!
An early start into wellness, fitness, discipline, self-awareness, self-confidence, while learning martial arts techniques.
The instructor leads the kids through drills and exercises that promote key positive habits and techniques, while promoting a safe space on a padded mat. There is also an opportunity to try nunchucks! Developing great hand-eye coordination!
Family members / guardians over 18 are more than welcome to join the class, to promote family unity. People over 18 can only train with children they have come to support.
The kids will receive Junior belts with progression.
